Former Manchester City star Sergio Aguero has been talking a lot about his former City teammate Gabriel Jesus and has stated that he is very happy to see him shine at Arsenal this season.
Jesus left Manchester for London this summer and the Brazilian has adapted to his new role in Mikel Arteta’s side in impressive fashion.
The striker has played a key role in Arsenal’s start to the season, where the Gunners are top of the Premier League, and has contributed five goals and four assists through the first nine games.
Speaking of the former Man City star, his former teammate Sergio Aguero has praised the Brazilian for his stellar start to the campaign.

Speaking to Stake.com, the Man City legend said of Jesús: “Gabriel has always had great respect, he is truly a complete player. Now he has managed to find a place for himself in Arsenal’s main squad, and his team has many young players hungry for glory.
“[Mikel] Arteta has really known how to imbue it with his style. All this has made Gabriel a key part of the team and I am very happy about it”.
Jesus played second fiddle to Aguero during his time at the Etihad and it seems the Argentine has a lot of respect for his former teammate and is genuinely happy about his success in an Arsenal shirt.
