PSG faced Portuguese Benfica last night in an important Group H of the UEFA Champions League.
The Parisians took the lead in the 36th minute of the game after a shot from the spot by Kylian Mbappé. They entered the locker room with a 1-0 lead but didn’t look comfortable.
After the break, Benfica leveled after receiving a penalty that Joao Mario converted. Both teams then failed to score any more goals and the match ended in a 1–1 draw.

Argentinian superstar Lionel Messi is currently dealing with a calf injury he sustained in last week’s Champions League match for PSG against Benfica.
The PSG star missed last weekend’s Ligue 1 tie against Stade de Reims, which ended in a 0-0 draw. He was then left out of the PSG squad that faced Benfica at home.
