“End of an era” Journalist says it’s probably time for a change at JuventusJuvefc.com

Football journalist Saddick Adams thinks it’s probably time to turn things around at Juventus after their humiliating 1-0 loss to Monza yesterday.

The Bianconeri have been in poor form all season, but fans expected them to win all the points against the bottom side of the table.

Juve, as has been the case in most games this season, struggled to make their hosts suffer, and lost the game.

Now they are consecutive defeats, with Benfica also beating them in the middle of the week.

Max Allegri returned to the club last season but now it seems like a bad decision.

Adams thinks it’s probably time for him to go, tweeting:

“End of an era for Juventus, perhaps. Monza????

Anyway, the period of nine consecutive wins in the Scudetto was boring and enough.

Juve FC says

Allegri’s era at Juve has expired and he needs to go. It doesn’t seem like he has improved his managerial skills, and his old style might be outdated now.

The gaffer has had time to change things, but it’s not working. We need to fire him now and appoint a new man during the international break.

We will pay Allegri a huge sum if he is fired, and that could force the Bianconeri executives to keep him.
